New Year, New You? We've Got You Covered
New Paleo Diet, Vegan, or Just Counting Steps? We Have Options.
As the holidays pass us by in a blur, the New Year beckons for post-December detoxes and healthy motivations. Whether you prefer to stay in the fried food frenzy, or if your goal is lean, mean, paleo-machine, we have you covered with menu options fit to fuel.
For Our Paleo & Keto Friends
Low-carb, no problem. We now offer homemade cauliflower rice that is customer-approved, and is now on the menu full time! A great substitute for our rice boxes or our delicious protein-packed ahi tuna bowl, this is the perfect sub for traditional rice and dense carbs.
For Veggie-Lovers & Vegans
Homemade options at Timoti’s include plenty of veg-friendly options, including tasty tofu that can be blackened, grilled or fried and added to any Baja box, tacos or salads. Let us know if you are vegan or vegetarian and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
For Classic Shrimp Lovers
Did you know that Timoti’s began years ago as a fried seafood shack in Fernandina Beach? Yep! Through the years, we have evolved our menu to reflect a healthy variety of options for all of our wonderful customers, however our roots remain in Florida’s staple: fried shrimp. As the hub of Florida’s early shrimping industry, we take pride in our sourcing of wild-caught seafood, and that is an important part of who we are. Taste the difference!
For Wild-Caught Fish Fans
We believe in offering the best wild-caught fish from ocean to table. Through our daily menu boards that list the wild-caught fish of the day, to Florida seaside-sourced shrimp, wild-caught is our motto, and we are sticking to it.
For Gluten-Free Friends
Gluten-free is a lifestyle we are happy to accommodate, with plenty of options that avoid wheat, rye, barley and triticale, we are able to offer menu items sans gluten. Don’t sacrifice Florida’s fresh flavors – ask about our gluten-free options on your next visit, or read more below to get ideas before your next trip to one of our 3 locations.
