Édouard Cointreau, the creator of this spirit, passed down his family recipe for generations, perfecting the balance of orange peel aromas, sweetness, spice, and bitter flavors.

Reimagining Cointreau

Even though Cointreau has maintained the same iconic bottle design for more than a century, they've recently made some significant changes to improve its environmental sustainability. Now, the new Cointreau bottle will be made using two-thirds recycled glass, which helps to reduce the carbon footprint of its manufacturing process.

In addition to this, the new bottle will also feature a spectacular orange design, giving it a fresh and modern but still classic look. On the back of the bottle, you will be able to find a QR code that will take you to a library of hundreds of cocktail recipes that feature this spirit.
